1.   Order Processing

·         Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation

·         Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays

·         High order volume or unforeseen circumstances may result in delays

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

 

2.   Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

·         Standard Shipping: 7 business days

·         Expedited Shipping: 5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders.

All shipments are made FOB Shipping Point.

·         Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

·         The Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the shipment is in transit

 

6.   Delivery Issues

Delivery delays may occur due to:

·         Weather events

·         Supply chain constraints

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

B.   Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but not received:

·         Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim

·         We will assist in providing documentation where possible

C.   Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

·         Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund

·         Additional fees may apply for reshipment

 

7.   Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

·         Notify us within 5 business days of delivery

·         Provide photos of:

o    Packaging

o    Shipping label

o Damaged product We will evaluate and, if appropriate:

·         Replace the product, or

·         Issue a refund

 

8.   Partial Shipments

We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple shipments.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless agreed in advance.

 

 

9.   International Shipping

We plan to offer international shipping in the future. For international orders (when available):

·         Customer is responsible for:

o    Customs duties

o    Import taxes

o    Regulatory compliance in destination country

Delivery timelines may vary significantly based on customs processing.

 

10.   Institutional / Bulk Orders (B2B)

For hospitals, health systems, and bulk purchasers:

·         Custom shipping arrangements may be available

·         Freight, palletized shipments, or consolidated delivery may be arranged
