Ford Medtech, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity and compliance with applicable medical device standards.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and direct sales channels.

1.   Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned only if all of the following conditions are met:

·         Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

·         Product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

·         Product box has not been opened

·         Product is in resalable condition, as determined by Company

Important:

Products that have been opened, used, or exposed to a clinical environment are not eligible for return, except in cases of verified defect or damage.

2.   Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

·         Products that have been used or partially used

·         Products not in original condition or packaging

·         Products returned after the 30-day window

·         Custom, bulk, or special-order items (unless defective)

·         Any product reasonably determined to pose a contamination risk

3.   Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

·         Damaged during shipping

·         Defective

·         Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Upon verification, we will:

·         Replace the product at no cost, or

·         Issue a full refund, at our discretion We may require:

·         Photos of the product and packaging

·         Return of the product for inspection

4.   Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, contact:

Please include:

·         Order number

·         Product name and quantity

·         Reason for return

If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

5.   Shipping Costs

·         Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

o    Defect

o    Damage

o    Company error

·         Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6.   Inspection and Restocking Fee

All returned products are subject to inspection.

·         Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%

·         No restocking fee applies to defective or incorrect items Refunds will be issued only after inspection confirms eligibility.

7.   Refunds

·         Refunds are issued to the original payment method

·         Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

·         Partial refunds may apply if items are not returned in original condition

8.   Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Customers should:

1.      Return the original item (if eligible)

2.      Place a new order

9.   Institutional / Bulk Orders (B2B)

For hospitals, health systems, and bulk purchasers:

·         All B2B orders are final sale unless defective

·         Dedicated support is available for large orders or logistics issues
